Accessibility Statement

Emergency information should be usable by everyone. We want Fendhold to be accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion.
1. Our Goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the Fendhold website and apps, and to support the accessibility features built into iOS, Android and modern browsers, such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type and text scaling, and reduced-motion settings.
2. What We Do
- Use semantic structure, headings and labels so pages make sense to assistive technology.
- Keep text contrast readable in both light and dark appearance.
- Make every function reachable by keyboard and visible focus.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences and offer a way to pause animations.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and illustrations.
3. Where We Fall Short
Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of Fendhold, such as interactive illustrations, may not yet meet our goal. Every illustration is meant to be paired with written steps that carry the same information; if you find one that is not, please tell us.
4. Tell Us About a Barrier
If something in Fendhold is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email support@fendhold.com and tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days and, where we can, to provide the information you need in another format.
