Acceptable Use Policy

Fendhold exists to help people prepare for and get through emergencies safely. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Fendhold.
1. Use Fendhold Lawfully and Safely
You agree not to use Fendhold, or any information from it, to:
- injure, threaten, harass or endanger any person;
- hunt, trap, fish, forage, burn, build, divert water or generate power in violation of any law, license, permit, season, burn ban or property right, including trespassing or setting traps where they are prohibited;
- harm animals unlawfully, including protected species, pets or livestock that are not yours;
- tamper with utility equipment, backfeed the power grid, or create a hazard for utility or emergency workers;
- send false distress signals, make false emergency reports, or interfere with emergency services;
- commit fraud or any other crime.
2. Respect the Service and Other People
You agree not to:
- access or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Fendhold except as allowed by our Security policy;
- disrupt, overload or interfere with Fendhold, launch or take part in a denial-of-service attack, or introduce viruses, ransomware, spyware or any other malicious code;
- copy, modify, alter, patch, tamper with or create derivative works of Fendhold’s code, or distribute modified, “cracked” or unlocked versions of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the apps or website, or circumvent any license check, paywall, plan limit or other technical protection, except to the extent the law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- use Fendhold with any malicious intent, including phishing, credential stuffing, intercepting other people’s data, or harming, defrauding or endangering anyone;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access Fendhold or collect its content, or use Fendhold content to build a competing product or to train artificial intelligence models;
- copy, sell, resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute Fendhold content, except printing or saving pages for your own household’s personal use;
- share your account, get around plan limits or payment, or misuse trials or promotions;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringes anyone’s rights, or includes other people’s private information without their permission;
- impersonate Fendhold, ANGEL TECH or anyone else, or suggest that we endorse you or your product.
3. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end the account involved, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond. For copying or altering our code, circumvention, and malicious use, we may act immediately and without notice, and the remedies in the Terms of Service also apply.
4. Reporting Misuse
To report a violation or a safety concern, email support@fendhold.com. If someone is in danger, call 911 first.
